Joy brings a unique ‘twist” to your daily training.  Her abundance of energy and passion is contagious! Utilizing all her competitive experiences:  swimming, diving, trampoline, tumbling, artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, bodybuilding and powerlifting, she is able to give an incredible base for understanding skill development. One word used by a National team member to describe Joy is  “magic” when it comes to breaking down skills, helping to gain confidence, and decreasing any fear barriers to accomplish a skill/sequence.
